What happens during a session?
At the beginning of a session, we will take a few minutes to address any questions you may have about energy healing and discuss any challenges you are working through. A session begins with the client lying comfortably and fully clothed on a massage table. Amanda will work with your energy field by lightly touching various parts of the body, usually starting at the head and working down to the feet. Sessions and are relaxing and refreshing for the sender as well as the receiver.
What is integrated energy healing ? Amanda has received training in many energy healing modalities including traditional Japanese Reiki, Egyptian Reiki, Reconnective Healing and Chakra balancing. These techniques are combined in a 1 hour integrated energy healing session. Everyone’s experience is unique. The best way to prepare for a session is to proceed in a state of openness andreceptivity. You will lay down on the table, relax, close your eyes and simply enjoy it. Many people have had amazing experiences that improve their quality of life!
What does integrated energy healing feel like?
Energy therapy is deeply soothing and relaxing to receive as it eases stress, tension and pain. You will feel the warmth flowing through the practitioner’s hands, and may enter a sleepy, almost dreamlike state. After a full-hour session, most people feel refreshed, peaceful, and recharged.
How many visits should I have?
You will feel great after experiencing even one session, although to fully benefit from this type of therapy, three to six sessions are recommended. Long term imbalances in the body sometimes require further treatments to allow the body to reach the level of relaxation necessary to bring the system back into balance. If you find energy work especially beneficial to you, you may chose to receive some training and become attuned to do this work yourself!
